One-on-One Coaching

One-on-one personalized training is for the runner who wants a personalized plan and close communication with their coach to help them stay accountable, bounce ideas off of, and go after big goals.

My personalized, one-on-one coaching includes speed workouts, tempo runs, and track workouts–depending on where you are in your training and your goals. The workouts will be designed to fit your ability level and running goals. No two runners are the same, so no two plans are the same.

Coaching plans will be sent virtually through the platform VDOT. I love this app because it allows me to see workouts as soon as an athlete’s GPS watch syncs to their phone. I can communicate through the app, and provide quick changes when life throws us the unexpected. 

As I work with each of my athletes, their feedback on how each run/workout went will determine future workouts. I want each person to enjoy the workouts and not feel they are outside their capability, and I am happy to structure workouts around your work life, family time, or other scheduled things that may come up.

GOLD PLAN

Coaching plans will be sent virtually every 1-2 weeks through the platform VDOT.

I  am available by e-mail, and text, with prompt responses within 24 hours. Additionally, you have the option for a monthly phone call. I love getting to know my athletes and my level of interaction and accountability is a high priority to me.

$170/month.

SILVER PLAN

Coaching plans will be sent virtually every 2-3 through the VDOT platform.

Regarding communication, I will provide 1-2x a week of feedback in VDOT, and then I will be available via email, with a response time of 24-48 hours, for any questions or changes. (Obviously, if there is an emergency, you can feel free to text)

$150/month.
